Executive Order on Aligning Federal Contracting and Hiring Practices with the Interests of American Workers

The executive order requires that executive agencies report to the Office of Management and Budget by December the results of a review of FY2018 and FY2019 contracts and subcontracts that used temporary foreign labor or were performed in a foreign country (when services were previously performed in the US); and assess potential negative impacts on the US workforce, national security, and the economy and efficiency of federal procurement.
